I was traveling on my honeymoon & stayed in the hotel as a transit option. The hotel arranged airport pickup car was great, the driver was very helpful, but unfortunately, we had an accident while on the way from the airport. No-fault of hotel driver, another speeding car lost brakes & collided with ours. Though the hotel car suffered quite some damages, the driver immediately arranged an alternate car then & there, later the hotel staff upgraded our room, apologized many times though it was no fault of theirs. They even insisted we have breakfast the next morning which they offered free of cost. On our return, they offered an upgraded car. Very happy with the staff, wish them all success. Highly recommended for their professionalism.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shiva's Galaxy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
All the staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Kunal at the reception, who was very pleasant, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and hassle-free.
A heartfelt thanks to Anupam from the restaurant, who was exceptionally humble, courteous, and welcoming. His outstanding hospitality made my stay even more memorable.
I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and would highly recommend Hotel Shiva's Galaxy to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again!
