I was traveling on my honeymoon & stayed in the hotel as a transit option. The hotel arranged airport pickup car was great, the driver was very helpful, but unfortunately, we had an accident while on the way from the airport. No-fault of hotel driver, another speeding car lost brakes & collided with ours. Though the hotel car suffered quite some damages, the driver immediately arranged an alternate car then & there, later the hotel staff upgraded our room, apologized many times though it was no fault of theirs. They even insisted we have breakfast the next morning which they offered free of cost. On our return, they offered an upgraded car. Very happy with the staff, wish them all success. Highly recommended for their professionalism. ~ Sayan C

This is a great place to stay close to the airport. Rooms are simple but clean. Thank you Nikita for going such a great job keeping my room up while I was there in March. My only complaint about this hotel is the managers do not seem to understand customer service. The staff is great, but the managers are a bit belligerent if you have a problem. I booked a paid for a larger room on Booking.com, and the manager insisted that the room he gave me aligned with my booking. I have stayed at this hotel enough to know he was wrong. Booking.com agreed and gave me money in my wallet (that won't do me any good). The manager should have just moved me to the appropriate room. ~ Dale M

Located near airport in as a transit office. This group has multiple hotels in this area and all of them are managed well. So this place is before airport toll booth, easy to find. Has ample of parking space. Entrance is grand and welcoming. Reception area is beautiful. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Room provided was on 3rd floor, it was clean, cozy, clean new like linen, washrooms super clean, well equipped mini bar, super speed wifi, running hot cold water, ac and tv were working fine as well. Room was way to comfy, loved it. They has inhouse restaurant, i had dinner here and liked the food quality as well. Their buffet breakfast is well laid out and whilesome. Service is quick, room service is decent. Priced mid ranged or decently. All modes of payment accepted. I do recommend this place for a good stay if you are looking to stay near airport. ~ Gopal P

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night as I wanted to stay close to the airport. It’s very far from the city. I had booked the entry level Deluxe room and was given room on 4th floor. The room size was very good and also had an attached balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Since the hotel is off the main road, it’s very quiet. The A/C worked properly. The washroom was clean. Toiletries were provided. The towels were also clean. There was hot water available. Maybe because I had the last room in the corridor, I got very poor WiFi ~ Manjunath U

A wonderful property situated at the best location for transiting passengers. Hotel is neat and sanitised and staff is very cooperative. Highest standards of Cleanliness maintained at this facility. They truly understand what the world is going through during the Covid and are leaving no stone unturned in assuring the safest and comfortable stay for customers. I would rate them 5 star with respect to the hospitality and cleanliness (Even though it was for a day only). Most recommended for transit customers. ~ PV K

Surprisingly beautiful place. Very close to the airport, about 10 mins from airport and right next to the toll gate. Very close to main airport road and few hundred meters. Rooms were amazing, as the pictures say. Neat and clean. Bathroom had everything we needed. Front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. They were available to assist at middle of the night and early morning as well. Food was tasty. Morning breakfast was included in our stay. Had many varieties. Included both South, North Indian and continental. Kitchen and serving staff were great. Price was reasonable as well. The whole place looked new and had all amenities we wanted for our stay. Some points of improvement are - 1. Need to have more local staff who can speak Kannada. Especially in the dining area. 2. Dinner Buffett needs to have more veg options. 3. The approach road to the property needs to be bigger and parking lot needs to be more spacious and aligned. All in all, highly recommend this place. Very convenient and safe place for family. ~ Sainandan K

Excellent upscale stay near Bangalore Airport! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and felt luxurious. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Proximity to the airport was a huge plus for our early flight, and the breakfast spread was outstanding—variety and quality were top-notch. Highly recommend! Pro tip - Rates on MMT are far discounted compared to hotel prices. ~ kamlesh k

Totally welcome place. It's a new property and that makes it even more appealing. The beds were super comfortable. The ambience is peaceful and beautiful. They have a buffet breakfast available. The service is worth a 5 star hotel and friendly demeanor of the staff and General Manager who walked up to us to check on our stay. Excellent location due to the close proximity to airport. Keep up the good job! ~ Reyney

Located very near to Bangalore International Airport. Started recently, maintained very well. The parking is spacious. Just approach road can be made better. Food here too is very good. The staff here is very helpful and courteous. We had taken a birthday cake, they observed that and arranged candles and plates. Sang the birthday song with all of us. The head chef himself came out to our table and shared his birthday wishes. ~ Suresh K
